anything that you have ever had
the chance to see before.
This is an opportunity to spend
13 weeks with the Wizard of
Stock Trading himself.
This is the first time in his
twenty years as a trader that he

you will learn from a
real trader!

If
you are an active investor,
swing trader or day trader
who wants to truly achieve
success, then you are the
candidate I'm looking for.
After twenty years of active
trading, ten years of teaching
traders globally, and writing
four best-selling stock trading
books, I am ready to offer the

I am

individuals who are focused on

If you are one of those

class twice a week and are
willing to do the homework
assignments, then I am going to
love having you in my classroom.
My goal
as a teacher is to "generate"
real traders. I plan on
reaching my goal as I lead by
example. This means that I
am going to hold nothing back
for a full semester. Over
the course of the thirteen-week
long semester, My students will
be able to see everything I will
be doing as far as the market is
concerned. This includes
all the trades that I
will be executing in my own
trading account.
General
Information
This class is
similar to a four-unit
university class and
it runs about four hours per
week plus "lab" time
which will be at least 10 hours
over the course of the semester.
Venue: This
Class is offered via a web
conferencing software such as
Webex where students can attend
from all over the world.
Schedule:
Starting September 18, 2007, the
class will meet on Tuesdays and
Thursdays (excluding holidays)
during market hours (starting
time to be determined).
Class duration will be at least
90 minutes. However, you can
expect that class may run
longer, but normally we will try
to keep it under 2 hours 15
minutes.
Pre Class:
A bonus course will be offered
to level out the playing field for
beginners just prior to
September 18th. This
session will cover terminology
and setups that students should
be aware of.
Prerequisite: It is required
that the book How to Take Money
from Wall Street be read before
the class and be accessible.
It is required for beginners
(and recommended but not
required for experienced
traders) to view the Stock
Trading Course.
Homework:
Just like in college, you are
expected to spend two hours per
week for every hour of class on
homework, so be prepared for
that. Homework assignments
will include individual and
group projects and you will also
be required to review and
comment on your classmates
homework.
Bonus
sessions: There will be a
minimum of five bonus classes
during the semester, dates and
time TBA.
Private
Sessions: unless otherwise
stated, a 45-minute one-on-one
session per student per semester
is included.
Tests: The
stock market is going to give us
plenty of tests and pop up
quizzes during the semester.
Grade: Your
success in trading will
ultimately be your grade.
Consequently, you will be
grading yourself.
